Trickling Filter to RTW modification

Due to high evaporation, mists and constantly dirty bio blocks in the trickling filter for degassing the intake water, a DK indoor facility choose to modify the degassing with X Vent RTW solution.

The height in the building was limited and we designed a RTW unit with side access, to easily pull out the wheel for cleaning and maintenance.

The RTW blueprint is 2,5 m2 vs. existing 8 m2 trickling filter

The RTW is connected to the ventilation unit in a closed system to secure high degassing effect and good environment in the room with no evaporation and mists.

The units can be delivered in food grade approved PE and Stainless steel and in light blue color for easier visible inspection.
