X Vent Degasser – Rotation Trickling Wheel Degasser
X Vent Degasser is built to achieve high performance and low operation cost, with a high self-cleaning effect. In the X Vent Degasser the water supply comes from any kind of pump or gravity system, with a lifting height of only 700 mm
The water is led into the catch box and distributed by gravity to the perforated trickling wheels which by centrifugal power rotates and perforates the water effectively.
In the same process powerful pressure blowers provides air into the cabinet and remove up to 60% of the CO2 in the perforated water.
All built in PEHD plastic, Duplex Steel Shaft and Teflon bearings to secure long performance and limited maintenance. Designed to perform in outdoor and indoor facilities, as a stand-alone unit or integrated with any RAS solution.

Solutions
Weir Inlet
The weir solution is designed to be integrable with any RAS system. In extension from a biofilter the water is led by gravity into the RTW degasser
Side Inlet
With a flow box attached on the side we can fit any existing pump solution or sideways installation.
Pump Manifold
We designed a manifold to reduce the head of the pump. Usually the solution for outdoor facilities, where we degas and move water in same process.
